High-Protein Greek Yogurt Ice Cream (Blog-Style, Ninja + No-Machine)

Ninja CREAMi (+ No-Machine Option)

This high-protein Greek yogurt ice cream is creamy, refreshing, and incredibly simple to make. It’s naturally low in fat, high in protein, and works beautifully whether you’re using a Ninja CREAMi Swirl or just your freezer at home. I used the Ninja Swirl to make this soft serve version but you do not need any machine (see non machine recipe version below)

Perfect as a post-workout treat, a high-protein dessert, or a lighter frozen option when you want something sweet without the sugar crash.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450 g) 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • Liquid stevia glycerite or sweetener of choice, to taste

Nutrition (Entire Recipe As One Serving)

Using 1% Greek yogurt:

  • Calories: ~300–320
  • Protein: ~42–45 g
  • Carbohydrates: ~18–20 g
  • Fat: ~4–5 g

(Per serving if split in two: ~150–160 calories, ~2–2.5 g fat.)

Notes

  • Sweetness should always be adjusted before freezing.
  • The Ninja CREAMi produces the smoothest texture, but the no-machine version works well with a little patience.
  • This can also be enjoyed as soft-serve if frozen for a shorter time.
