This is my new obsession! Growing up I loooved getting frozen yoghurt. I never know one day I could make a high protein, sugar free version of it that was actually healthy and helping my body to be more lean and strong! Talk about a guilt free treat! 🥣 Ingredients • 16 oz (450 g) 0% plain Greek yogurt • Liquid stevia glycerite (or your preferred sweetener), to taste Directions 1.
