High-Protein Frozen Yogurt!

This is my new obsession! Growing up I loooved getting frozen yoghurt. I never know one day I could make a high protein, sugar free version of it that was actually healthy and helping my body to be more lean and strong! Talk about a guilt free treat! 🥣

Ingredients

16 oz (450 g) 0% plain Greek yogurt

Liquid stevia glycerite (or your preferred sweetener), to taste

Directions

1. Add 16 oz of 0% Greek yogurt to the Ninja Creami pint container. Add in the stevia glycerite or sweetener of your choice until well combined. Freeze for 24 hours.

2. Place the frozen pint container into the Ninja Creami machine. Spin on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting once.

3. Re-spin twice for the desired creamy texture.

Notes:

Use the mix-in function to add any additional toppings you enjoy, like frozen berries, naturally dyed sugar-free sprinkles, or sugar free chocolate chips.
