This creamy raspberry frozen yogurt is one of my go-to high-protein desserts. It’s light, refreshing, naturally tangy, and made with just 3 ingredients. Any Ninja Creami ice cream maker will do. No Ninja Creami? See second recipe below, under the macros 👇
Why You’ll Love It
- High protein, low fat
- Naturally sweetened
- No added sugar
- Perfect protein dessert or snack
- Fat loss-friendly & gut-friendly
Ingredients
- 300 g 1% fat plain yogurt
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- Stevia glycerite, to taste
Instructions
- Blend the yogurt, frozen raspberries, and stevia glycerine until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Freeze on a level surface for at least 12 hours.
-
Process using:
- Soft Serve setting (if using Ninja CREAMi Swirl), or
- Lite or Ice Cream setting on a standard Ninja CREAMi.
- Re-spin once if needed for extra creaminess.
- Serve immediately and enjoy 🍦
Tips
- For a stronger raspberry flavor, add a few extra berries.
- If it looks crumbly after the first spin, don’t panic — one re-spin makes it perfectly smooth.
- This recipe also works beautifully with strawberries, blueberries, or mixed berries.

No Ninja CREAMi? You Can Still Make This
If you don’t have a Ninja CREAMi, you can still turn this into a delicious frozen yogurt dessert using a few simple methods. The texture won’t be soft-serve smooth, but it’s still refreshing and satisfying.
Option 1: Freezer + Stir Method (Best No-Machine Option)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a shallow freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for 30–45 minutes, then stir vigorously with a fork or whisk.
- Repeat stirring every 30 minutes for 2–3 hours until thick and scoopable.
Result: Scoopable frozen yogurt with a slightly icy but creamy texture.
Option 2: Popsicles or Frozen Yogurt Bark
- Blend ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds or spread thinly on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze until solid (3–4 hours).
- Break into pieces (bark) or unmold popsicles.
Result: Perfect for a grab-and-go frozen dessert.
Option 3: Blender “Soft-Serve” (Immediate Eat)
- Start with very thick yogurt (Greek or skyr works best).
- Blend frozen raspberries and sweetener just until combined.
- Serve immediately.
Result: More like a thick frozen smoothie or froyo bowl.
Texture Tip
The Ninja CREAMi creates a uniquely smooth, churned texture — that’s the only thing you’re missing without it, not the flavor or nutrition.
