Dr. Nevada Gray recovered from a rare condition known as Cauda Equina Syndrome and lost over 90 lbs on her health journey. Nevada is a pharmacist and registered nurse with 20 years experience helping patients navigate the healthcare system and empower themselves back to health with fitness and nutrition. Episode 58: Level Up Your Mental Game For Fat Loss that Lasts
There is FAT LOSS and then there is LASTING FAT LOSS. I know the difference well from experiencing it over the years. The fat loss that counts is the one that lasts because you’ve created a new life for yourself where the old requirement for coping with eating no longer exists. There is so much more that goes into weight loss to make it lasting than just eating the right foods, such as sustainability and life changes and your mental game.
